Gouda wraps up the summer in festive style at the first edition of the Oranje Geluk Festival
On Saturday, August 30, 2025, the first edition of the Oranje Geluk Festival will take place, a new initiative by the festival organization Gouds Geluk. The festival promises to be a spectacular end to the summer at the GOUDasfalt site in Gouda. Interest has been overwhelming: ticket sales have gone faster than expected. “We knew we had booked popular artists, but the pace at which tickets are selling has really surprised us,”
according to the organization.
Entirely dedicated to Dutch-language party music
With the Oranje Geluk Festival, Gouds Geluk is further expanding its festival lineup. While the Gouds Geluk Festival focuses primarily on singer-songwriters and bands and the Undercover Festival Gouda features major tribute bands, the Oranje Geluk Festival is entirely dedicated to popular Dutch-language party music. Visitors can enjoy performances by big names in the genre, including Marco Schuitmaker (Engelbewaarder), Robert van Hemert (Zoet, Zout, Zuur), Senna (Kleine Vogel), and Billy Dans (Ontspanje). Local talent will also get a chance to shine, and an impressive André Hazes Tribute will provide the necessary nostalgia. The DJs from Qmusic Het Foute Uur will ensure a spectacular finale to the festival.
More than just music
In addition to the main stage, there are various other forms of entertainment, including a Silent Disco with space for about 250 partygoers and a Karaoke Caravan where visitors can grab the microphone themselves. The grounds will also feature various food trucks, different bars, and surprising entertainment.
Last tickets available
Ticket sales have been flying off the shelves in recent months. Only a few
so-called “Late Tickets” are still available via the ticket shop at www.oranje-geluk.nl. So don’t wait too long, because once they’re gone, they’re gone!
