During fall break, the Technology Workshop will be bustling with all kinds of activities. The activities are designed for children ages 6–12. Check the activity page for more information.
Do you have an old pair of jeans you don't wear anymore? Don't throw them away! At the Tech Workshop, you can give your jeans a new lease on life and turn them into a cool bag in about 2 hours.
You can make the bag using a sewing machine, a needle and thread, or a glue gun. Then it’s time to make the bag your own. Decorate it however you like and create a bag that no one else has!
Don't have any old jeans? No problem! We have fabric and old jeans ready for you at the Tech Workshop.

Want to join in?
Parents, guardians, and grandparents are welcome to join in the fun, but it’s not required. Would you like to get creative with your (grand)child? Then you’re more than welcome, and there’s no extra charge.
Practical Information
The door to the Technology Workshop opens 10 minutes before we start. We begin at 10:00 a.m.
Running a little late? No problem! Feel free to come in and find a spot. Please wait a moment until one of our staff members has time to welcome you and explain what we’ll be doing. Then you can get started right away!
