Restaurant Bij Ons is located in the center of Gouda, away from the hustle and bustle of the market, in the shadow of St. John’s Church, and situated in the city’s coziest alley.
Bij Ons is a modern and charming restaurant spread over two floors. Upon entering the ground floor, you’ll find a bar where you can enjoy an aperitif before your meal. At the back of the restaurant, you’ll find a beautiful staircase leading to the dining area on the first floor. Here, you can look forward to an elegant evening featuring delicious dishes and wines prepared by host Maurice Camfferman, Executive Chef Stephen Hobbs, and their team. The cuisine is rooted in French cooking with influences from around the world.
