Hollandsche IJssel - Always different

Cyclists can also enjoy themselves in the area around the Hollandsche IJssel. With no less than 300 kilometers of varied cycling routes on the cycling map, they can cycle quite a few laps. For those who enjoy it, it is possible to cycle the entire Hollandsche IJssel in one day. 
You cycle alternately on both sides of the river to Krimpen aan den IJssel and then return to the starting point in IJsselstein. The total length of this trip is 103 km.

The map also features 12 shorter cycling loops, ranging in length from 18 to 35 km. The routes are marked using the cycling route network’s junction points, making it easy to find your way. The maps are available at the Gouda Tourist Information Office.
