De Goudse Hofsteden Children's Farm is a medium-sized children's farm. It is located on the outskirts of Gouda, between two residential areas. The farmhouse in which the petting zoo is located is a historic farmhouse dating from the early 1900s and is situated on Bloemendaalseweg. This is a rural road where motorized traffic is not permitted.
The canteen is open during the petting zoo's opening hours. It offers a variety of beverages, such as coffee, tea, soft drinks, lemonade, and various snacks (chips, cookies, candy). You can also enjoy toasted sandwiches, hot dogs, pancakes, and mini pancakes. The canteen also sells various local products, such as juices, jams, and different types of flour. Depending on the season, fruit and vegetables from our own vegetable garden are also available for purchase.
