Here in Gouda, we’re passionately reviving the rich, centuries-old Gouda brewing tradition in our modern kettles. Did you know that Gouda was once the largest beer-producing city in Europe? You can taste that ambition and craftsmanship in every glass!

We are a small craft brewery located on the Gouwe, the river to which Gouda owes its prosperity around 1500 thanks to the beer trade. Here, we built our brewery ourselves using circular principles, where we experiment with various flavors and incorporate them into our beer. We approach our work with passion, creativity, and flexibility. This also applies to our tours and tastings. We believe it’s important to tailor our experience to the interests of each visitor or group. Whether at the brewery or on-site, we’re happy to share our passion through a customized beer experience.
