They have been brewing beer for over 15 years, first at the Die Kantanky's scouting club and, since 2019, in their own premises.
What started as four friends (Aart, Cees, John, and Tjapko) brewing a beer armed with pots, mosquito netting, and a cordless drill has gotten a little out of hand. Now we have our own nano-brewery and beers that we can share with you.
Since then, we’ve made great strides in terms of quality, originality, and consistent brewing. We brew about 40 liters once a month on average and love to experiment with a wide variety of recipes. The styles we make are very diverse, often with a twist that adds an extra dimension. Think of a tripel with hints of orange or a stout with extra coffee or chocolate flavor.
