Brasserie bij Broer Gouda is the second restaurant in the “Brasserie bij Broer” chain. The adventure began in 2019 in Waddinxveen and has now expanded to this beautiful location in the heart of Gouda. Since April 2023, Broer Walter and his wife Trudy have been at the helm, and they’ve seized the opportunity to open a restaurant in Gouda as well.
At Brasserie bij Broer Gouda, you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee, served with a tasty slice of cake if you’d like. You can also enjoy a simple lunch made with fresh (local) ingredients, or relax with a drink while sampling a variety of specialty beers and wines paired with a snack platter. In the evening, you can also enjoy dinner. Starting at 5:00 PM, the grills are fired up to prepare delicious dishes for you. Broer’s spare ribs in Waddinxveen, for example, have already become very popular!
