Van Dijk Pastry Shop has been located at Doelenstraat 32 in Gouda all this time. There, we make fresh pastries every day for everyone, using pure and wholesome ingredients. For example, our authentic carrot butter from the Belgian Ardennes, where the cows graze outdoors for at least 265 days a year. French fair-trade Valrhona chocolate.
