From the Wiebelfabriek, based on the book of the same name, *Ik blijf als het mag* (I'll Stay If I May), by Françoise Beck and Herman van de Wijdeven

Did you know that there will be three shows for toddlers this coming season in the theater at Cultuurhuis Garenspinnerij? The first one is "I'll Stay If I May" (ages 2+) by the Wiebelfabriek, on Wednesday, September 23, at 10:45 a.m. Will you and your toddler come see it?

De Wiebelfabriek is a professional theater duo that creates lively, interactive theater for children ages 2 to 8, featuring lots of movement, imagination, and fun. With puppets and live music—a wonderful combination!

"I'll Stay If I May " is a visual, musical, and interactive performance inspired by the children's book of the same name. Together with Crocodile and Mole, the show explores themes such as friendship, helping one another, and finding a place where you're welcome. The story comes to life through puppetry and live music. The performance is suitable for children ages 2 to 5.

Crocodile loves playing hide-and-seek! With Mole!
Crocodile likes to swim, while Mole prefers to burrow.
We’ll go underwater and crawl through a tunnel just like Mole.
Then it starts to rain and the wind picks up. Oh no, a storm! All the animals are looking for a safe nest.
Crocodile doesn’t have a home—he’s way too big. Well then… where can Krok go?

In this visual and musical performance, the children join Crocodile in exploring themes such as friendship, helping one another, and finding a place where you’re welcome. A heartwarming story brought to life with puppetry by Anne Dronkers and live music by Tommie Freke.
