On Sunday, July 12, we will officially open the Maak Ministerie, Gouda’s newest maker community and the city’s only maker space. Visitors are welcome starting at 3:00 p.m.; the official opening ceremony will follow at 4:00 p.m.
With this opening, the Blauwe Loods at the GOUDasfalt creative hub will take on a new identity: a creative space where craftsmanship comes to life, where visitors can explore, take workshops, and discover handmade products. A place that brings Gouda’s creative energy to life.
During the opening, we’ll introduce our new creators: a diverse group of young and experienced creators, tech enthusiasts, artists, musicians, and artisans. Together, they form the beating heart of this new creative destination.
We believe that the Maak Ministerie is a valuable addition to Gouda’s cultural and tourist offerings: a place where visitors can experience the city in a new way.
