With its special boats, Bootje Kaas visits places that remain hidden to other tour operators. Discover the whole story during an approximately 1-hour trip. Here you will sail in two directions through the canals of Gouda, namely along the north-south route that has been used by all ships for centuries to travel from the city center of Gouda to the Hollandse IJssel via the longest lock in the world.
The tour takes you past 11 historic locations and our skippers will tell you lots of interesting facts about the city. For our guests from abroad, there is the option of listening and reading along in your own language via a smartphone. Of course, you can also ask them your own questions!

Boarding point
The boarding point for Bootje Kaas is at Kleiwegplein, on the side of Kattensingel, at the boarding pontoon called Dapp're Daphne. Here, passengers can sit and wait for the next tour.
Please note: passengers must be able to get on and off the boat independently.
Private charters
Bootje Kaas can also be booked as a private charter for exclusive day or evening trips with a group of up to 24 people. (Spread over two boats)
Available with a snack, lunch, or drinks package, as desired.
Prices start at €300 for 2 hours per boat, including skipper.
