New program at De Goudse Schouwburg features established names and new talent
The Goudse Schouwburg has published the full program for the 2025–2026 theater season. The new lineup, which is available starting today at www.goudseschouwburg.nl, features a wide range of performances: from nationally and internationally renowned artists and emerging talents to new editions of in-house productions and familiar program series.
This coming season, the theater will host performances by MEAU, Milow, Simone Kleinsma, Steven Kazàn, Beatrice de Graaf, Titus & Fien, Yentl & De Boer, Sara Kroos, Maaike Ouboter, Waylon, Jandino Asporaat, Fien & Teun, the Metropole Orchestra, Nasrdin Dchar, and Margreet Dolman, among others. In addition, the theater’s own programming plays a significant role. New and returning series such as the Agnietensessies, Klassiek op Zondag, and Jazzy Sunday Afternoon provide a recognizable and contemporary complement to the regular lineup.
To mark the launch of the new program, the theater is hosting a festive season preview on Monday, May 19. During the evening, Artistic Director Tineke Maas and Programmer Alex Mooren will provide an overview of the upcoming season’s lineup. The event will feature various live previews and give attendees the opportunity to reserve tickets immediately afterward.
The seasonal brochure will be distributed door-to-door in Gouda and the surrounding area starting this week. Anyone interested who does not receive a brochure can pick one up starting May 17 at the Tickets & Service desk on Boelekade or at Cinema Gouda on Burgemeester Jamessingel.
General ticket sales for the new season begin on Thursday, May 22, at 6:00 p.m., both online, by phone, and at the box office. Friends of the Goudse Schouwburg will have priority and can order tickets starting Monday, May 19, at 3:00 p.m.
