During the summer break, activities are organized every day at De Goudse Hofsteden petting zoo. Children are welcome to come and do crafts every day, from coloring bags to painting piggy banks. No registration is required for these activities. For other activities, you can register via the website.

Here’s a sample of the activities: For the littlest ones, there’s Toddler Morning—join Mom or Dad, Grandpa or Grandma to brush and pet small animals and make a craft. For older animal lovers, there’s the Animal Friends Morning: help care for our animals, play a fun game, and finish up with pancakes! Pony and donkey lovers can get involved too: help groom them, play a fun game, decorate a cupcake, and finish with a fun pony craft.

We’ll have some special animal guests visiting us again this vacation—join Exotus Serpentie’s reptile morning or meet the owls and birds of prey at Uiltopia.

There are plenty of activities for craft enthusiasts, too: we’ll get creative with paint and foam, make hobby horses, create solar catchers and happy stones, do arts and crafts with seashells, make mosaics and sand paintings, and much more.

You don’t have to eat at home—you can also enjoy a meal at the petting zoo, where we serve fresh sandwiches, pancakes, mini pancakes, and much more! The petting zoo is also open on Mondays.

All activities can be found on the website: www.kinderboerderijgouda.nl
